Based on the book By Name by Brian Alarid, we’ll explore practical, Spirit-led strategies to mobilize prayer that is personal, intentional, and transformational. Learn how to lead your church or ministry into praying for people by name—shifting prayer from obligation to intercession.
Our collective vision is to see every PAOC church and ministry across Canada become a vibrant house of prayer. Don’t just talk about prayer—step into a movement that’s reshaping hearts and communities through it.

The Catalytic Leader Cohort is a 7 session, Spirit-led formation journey for pastors and ministry leaders across the ABNWT who are committed to multiplying leadership beyond themselves. This cohort exists to call up, develop, and resource catalytic, Spirit-empowered leaders who courageously embrace God’s limitless call—and who, in turn, raise up more catalytic leaders.
The outcome is not just stronger individual leaders, but a multiplying culture where leadership reproduction becomes normal, expected, and Spirit-led.
