The Catalytic Leader Cohort is an eight-month, Spirit-led formation journey for pastors and ministry leaders across the ABNWT who are committed to multiplying leadership beyond themselves. This cohort exists to call up, develop, and resource catalytic, Spirit-empowered leaders who courageously embrace God’s limitless call—and who, in turn, raise up more catalytic leaders.
The outcome is not just stronger individual leaders, but a multiplying culture where leadership reproduction becomes normal, expected, and Spirit-led.
The future of the church will not be shaped by leaders who do everything themselves, but by leaders who intentionally develop others to lead; and teach them to do the same. Catalytic leadership is not about charisma or position; it’s about releasing people into calling and creating movement that outlasts any one leader.

Participants will gather monthly for 90-minute cohort sessions focused on the core characteristics of catalytic, Spirit-empowered leaders—with multiplication always in view.

Alongside the cohort, each participant will engage in monthly mentoring, helping them apply what they are learning directly into their leadership context.
8 MONTHS TO IGNITE AND INSPIRE
THE CULMINATING RETREAT
The cohort concludes with a 3-day in-person retreat, designed to move leaders from formation to commissioning. This retreat creates space to step away from daily ministry, hear God clearly, and refine a personal multiplication vision.
The retreat will focus on:
Deep spiritual renewal and prayer
Clarifying calling and leadership assignment
Designing a personal leadership reproduction pathway
Commissioning leaders to develop the next generation of catalysts
This retreat marks the transition from being formed as a catalytic leader to being released to form others.
