The Catalytic Leader Cohort is an eight-month formation journey designed to ignite Spirit-empowered, multiplication-minded leadership across the ABNWT. Together, pastors and ministry leaders will explore what it means to lead with courage, vision, resilience, and Kingdom conviction in a rapidly changing landscape. Through monthly 90-minute sessions, mentoring, practical assignments, and intentional prayer rhythms, participants will sharpen their ability to call up, develop, and release others into their God-given calling. This cohort will equip every credential holder to become a catalytic, Spirit-led leader who sparks transformation, builds movement, and carries the gospel forward with boldness and joy.
