ACTS 2 JOURNEY
FACILITATED COACHING
The Acts 2 Journey is a 10-month process led by a facilitator to help you fulfill the vision to strengthen your church spiritually, numerically and relationally. Join with a team of leaders from your church over the course of ten months to pray, dream, and strategize about the future of your church.
WHAT
The Acts 2 Journey is a 10-month process, involving a pastor and his or her personally selected Journey Team of 8-14 people.
WHEN
There are 4 Saturday Team retreats over the ten months. Retreat dates are to be decided with the ABNWT coach facilitating the program.
cOST
Each retreat costs $150, plus $15/person for food. A one-time $10 purchase of the book, The Spirit Empowered Church, is also required.

An Acts 2 Journey will help you assess your church’s current reality, discover a renewed sense of vision, clarify the values that will drive you toward your purpose, and emerge with properly aligned systems and a contextualized plan to reach your community and make disciples.

cURRICULUM & pROGRAM
The process is based on the content of the book, The Spirit Empowered Church. The facilitator and pastor will address the themes of:

Priorities that Maximize Impact
Recruiting and Developing Leaders
Conflict Management
Overcoming Insecurities
Effective Communication
Your Journey Team will work together to answer 10 strategic questions, and these answers will create a path forward to a new beginning.
