CV Learning Lab: Beyond the Four Walls | Practical Pathways to Community Integration for Every Church
What if your church was known in your community not just for what happens on Sunday morning—but for the difference you make every other day of the week?
In this free 1-hour webinar, church planter and entrepreneur Connie Jakab will share practical, adaptable strategies—drawn from the real-life ministry of Ogden Community Church—that any church can use to become a trusted, engaged presence in their city or town. Whether your worship services remain fully traditional or you’re open to fresh expressions, you’ll learn how to:
* Identify your community’s real needs and opportunities
* Build partnerships that foster trust and mutual benefit
* Engage in consistent, visible acts of service
* Shift from a “come to us” mindset to a “we’re with you” presence
You’ll leave with actionable steps, inspiring examples, and fresh vision to help your congregation move from being a building in the neighbourhood to becoming the heartbeat of the neighbourhood.
