An ordained minister since 1987, Neil brings over 30 years of pastoral experience and 16 years of full-time ministry, strengthening families across Canada. He holds a BA in Theology, a Master’s in Transformational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Ministry, while Annette is a credentialed minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Married for 45 years, they have three daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren.
