Due to the rising transmission of the Omicron variant, Ministers Gathering 2022 has been rescheduled to March 28-31, 2022.

February registrations will be carried over to the March event. Hotel rooms must be re-booked. If you are not able to attend due to this change and have not yet contacted our office, please do so now.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We want to ensure that every conference attendee feels safe and the hotel staff and other guests can observe our large group meeting responsibly. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination is no longer required.

In light of that, we ask that you adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Wash or sanitize your hands at sanitization stations regularly.

  • Maintain a physical distance where possible. You will receive “social distance comfort” wristbands to navigate your own comfortability with those around you.

  • Please consume food and beverage at tables or seats. Refrain from walking around while you snack.

  • Masks are no longer required, but you’re welcome to wear a mask as you feel comfortable. Please respect everyone’s personal choice to wear a mask.

SCHEDULE

We’ve adjusted the schedule to allow for late mornings and lots of free-time so that you can enjoy the most relaxed getaway you’ve ever experienced at Ministers Gathering.

RESTORE IN THE ROCKIES

Pastors and ministry leaders have been leading through one of the most difficult seasons in their lives. It’s moments like these where we must refuel and refresh and re-engage with the one who calls us and empowers us.

REFRESH · RENEW · RESTORE · RE-ENGAGE · REFUEL
