The CHAT tools helps churches with a congregational survey and an opportunity for real-time input from the congregation. It helps leaders identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to move the church forward in mission. The Life Cycle of every church should be considered as churches can have multiple life cycles.
2. DISCOVERY JOURNEY
The Discovery Journey is the premier tool for churches to who want to turn around from plateau and decline to thriving. 3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Leadership is learned. Most of us need help to be the best leaders we can be. We offer coaching for leaders who want to grow in their leadership skills; developing people around you, having crucial conversations, navigating change, understanding the different levels of leadership and more. Leaders are learners and there’s always an opportunity to grow as a leader.
