WE THE CALLED helps students hear God, discover their purpose, and grow into leaders through simple, consistent mentorship and real ministry experience.
WE THE CALLED is a 7-month leadership journey designed to help students (13-24) move from simply attending church to actively living out their faith through service, leadership, and personal growth.
At its core, CALLED is built on a simple but powerful idea:
students grow best when they are personally mentored and given real opportunities to lead.
Each student is paired with a leader who meets with them once a month for a focused, one-hour conversation. Between those meetings, students step into real ministry experiences—serving, leading, encouraging others, and learning by doing.
Rather than focusing on content-heavy teaching, CALLED emphasizes:
listening to God
discovering personal gifts
practicing leadership in real settings
reflecting on growth
taking meaningful next steps
Students move through a clear leadership pathway:
Listen → Discover → Practice → Serve → Lead → Multiply
THE HEART BEHIND WE THE CALLED
WE THE CALLED is not about producing perfect leaders. It’s about helping students take ownership of their faith and begin living with purpose.
We believe:
Leadership starts with listening to God
Gifts are discovered through serving
Confidence is built through experience
Influence grows through relationships
Calling is lived out one step at a time
And when a student has a leader walking alongside them—asking, encouraging, and guiding—that process accelerates in a powerful way.
