Group Insurance Benefits Plan

The ABNWT District offers a Group Insurance Benefits Plan to credential holders as well as employees of PAOC churches and qualifying ministries. This program is insured and administered by Kechnie Benefits.

PAOC Pension Plan

The PAOC Pension Plan is open to all PAOC credential holders and eligible employees of PAOC churches and qualifying ministries. The minimum contribution to start is 2.5% of compensation matched by employer. Twelve percent of the annual employee and employer contributions are added to your pension benefit each year.

Clergy Residence Deduction

Individuals that qualify can claim the Clergy Residence Deduction (CRD) as spelled out by the Canada Revenue Agency. The amount of the deduction depends on whether the church/ministry as employer provides the residence or the individual rents or owns their residence.
